Registering creates an account for you to use throughout the competition. You can use this account to submit entries, check on the status of entries, order your awards or update your personal information at anytime.
The judges may relocate entries to more suitable categories. We welcome suggestions for new categories—email us at customerservice@travelweeklyawards.com.
There may be several winners in a certain category or there may be none. Winners are chosen based on the content of their entry; there are not a set number of winners per category.
Judges come from world-recognized companies and organizations with extensive travel industry experience, including marketing professionals, executives, and operators. Meet the full panel.
Currently, we do not release detailed commentary or individual judges' scoring for entries due to the large scale and complexity of the competition.

Information is used to process orders and notify award honorees, promote services and features, provide customer support, send informational content based on your preferences, enforce compliance and prevent violations, meet legal obligations, and facilitate business transactions.
We use SSL encryption for transactions and store data in United States and European servers. Credit card information is processed exclusively by Authorize.net and is not retained by us.

Our services are not intended for minors under 13. We delete any inadvertently collected information from minors.
We comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework for European customers and commit to breach notifications.
The Travel Weekly Magellan Awards assumes all entries are original and the entrant either owns the submission or has permission from a client or other appropriate party to submit the entry, with all rights granted therein. Participants who submit work without proper authorization are ineligible for competition. The organization assumes no liability for copyright violations committed by submitters.
Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of The Travel Weekly Magellan Awards to use it for exhibition and publication in any medium.
Timely submission meeting requirements plus payment of entry fees ensures an entry will be reviewed and considered for recognition. The organization makes no other representations or warranties about entries, and all implied warranties are disclaimed.
If an entrant’s submission receives an award, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of The Travel Weekly Magellan Awards. Entrants should understand that awards may not be publicized uniformly across all winners or in identical formats.
